The celadon jade with russet inclusions is in rectangular shape, carved on one side with a sinuous dragon in openwork treatment, its scales depicted in crosshatched lines. The back of the plaque is concave and left uncarved, which means it was probably used as a mounted ornament.

青玉，帶沁色。琢成扁長方形，以鏤雕及淺浮雕技法，於正面飾以翔龍，龍身並以斜格網紋刻畫鱗片，背面光素微凹，或可作嵌飾之用。
