The smoothly polished jade with dark brown russet inclusions is in circular form with a central aperture, featuring notched inner and outer rims, neatly incised on both sides with an interlinking cloud pattern.

青黃玉質，有深棕色沁。圓環狀，中央有穿透圓孔，內緣和外緣皆有齒稜，兩面皆陰刻勾連紋飾。
