The well-polished yellow jade is in rectangular form, skilfully carved in low relief and openwork treatment with a pair of confronting archaistic dragons, and the word "zhai jie" (abstinence) carved in low relief in the middle.

長方黃玉，晶瑩溫潤。兩面紋飾相同，皆以陰刻和鏤雕技法琢飾一對仿古龍紋，中間刻有「齋戒」二字。
