Each of the white and celadon jades is carved as a lively recumbent dog, their heads turned to the back, their mouths are slightly opened to expose their teeth, their spines and ribs well-defined. It is very rare to find jade dogs carved with open mouths.

兩隻小狗皆圓雕而為，分別以白玉和青玉作成，呈對望姿態。兩犬弓身回首，大口微張露齒，肋骨及脊骨畢現，形態活靈活現。其張口露齒的造型十分獨特、罕見。
