The pure white jade is in circular shape between two bands of clouds, deftly carved in low relief on one side with a serene-looking seated Thousand-hand Guanyin holding an attribute in each of her hand. The reverse side is meticulously incised with the Heart Sutra in extremely tiny yet nicely arranged characters in kaishu.

白玉，潔白溫潤。琢成圓形，上下各有祥雲紋，正面中央雕刻千手觀音像，手持法器，法相莊嚴。另一面以楷書陰刻《般若波羅蜜多心經》經文，字型極微小而端正。
