The white jade is in oval form, with a curved front side and flat back side. The front is carved in openwork treatment with a standing lady in long robe hugging a deer, and a smaller figure standing next to her, all within a border of ruyi lingzhi sprays.

白玉，琢成長身橢圓形，正面微拱，背面扁平。以鏤雕及淺浮雕技法，於正面以如意靈芝圖案為框，中央琢一身穿長衣的仕女，右手輕摟身邊的小鹿，其左邊另有一較小人像。
