The white jade plaque is well-polished, with russet inclusions and partial calcification, and carved into a flat plaque of a stylised C-shaped bird, incised in double lines with big round eyes and an incurved beak.

青白玉，帶雅美沁色，局部鈣化。體扁平，琢成呈C字形飛鳥，首尾相接，以雙鈎線陰刻圓大眼，尖喙向內彎。造型婉約流暢。
