The well-polished translucent white jade is of circular form, decorated with a grain pattern on both sides in low relief, carved with sinuous chilong dragons and phoenixes in openwork treatment within the central aperture and at the top.

白玉，光滑瑩潤，有沁色。琢成圓環形，兩面紋飾相同，均飾顆粒狀穀紋，中央圓孔內及頂部出廓處均鏤雕長身螭龍和飛鳳。
